Steve Esmond  Lay Elder Steve is a retired civil engineer and a graduate of The Master's Seminary. He has served as an elder in churches in Texas, and has been trained for church planting and strengthning through Grace Advance. He and his wife, Cynthia, are faithful servants at CBC.
